[sugestion]

    looking at the trigger skills i think of something that might be a good idea.

    Add the delay option in the trigger effect, i know we can use reuse_delay_type=1 at triggered skill, but this could be a much better way.

    im not sure if that is possible, but if is, it would be like, check the delay even before check the chance, so it won't need to call another skill to check the reuse_delay_type=1.
