Well i dont know if this is what you are asking for: You need a webserver with php 5.2.x and php_mssql.dll extension active, you can install it manually or just get some old version of wampserver or xampp, but as i sais php 5.2.x is a preferible. Why 5.2.x and no 5.3? 5.3 versions are not including anymore the mssql extension so you will find that website show error on mssql connect. Just configure your config.php with the name of the server, your user and your password.
